Before & After

I see now my quest in life had been in vain.
I desired pleasure and material gain.
For those around me, my goals where plain,
I tried to achieve them all without regard to pain.

I wanted the glitter and glamour this world provides.
I couldn't see the treasures that all this hides.
My 'Quest for wealth' - could never buy what I needed most.
My 'Search for fame' - was like trying to catch a ghost.

But when my prayers were for 'Guidance' from the 'One Above'.
I found success in 'Total Submission' to the Will of Him -- in Love.
I found all the riches, glory and happiness that one might require,
But most of all I discovered my real heart's desire.

I found the which is the secret of Life's Lease,
I found the One Who Gave all, when He gave me PEACE.
It finally came after all those years of trouble and strife
That to do "ISLAM" is the PURPOSE OF LIFE !! ♥

Dreams

Dreams,
everyone in dis world have their own dreams dat want 2 b achieve in da entire of their life..
different people hv a different kind of dreams..like dream to have a gorgeous wife wif a perfect attitude..
a lot of guys outsider want dat dream cz its synonim 2 for guy's mind dat gurl who hv a good looking can hv a strong magnetic connenction wif their eye where already luv da natural beauty..

My dreams,
dat i hope will b achive in my future is i want 2 have my dreams'car..da car dats such a wonderful gadget for me 2 have cz its has a sporty looking outsider plus wif da good quality of engine..da car is lancer 2.0 GT from mitsubishi.. its dealing wif wat i want cz i love da speed of dat car..dis car makes up wif 6 virtual gears dat cn cycle through wif da steering-mounted magnesium paddle shifters n its suspension consists of a MacPherson strut setup at da front n a multi-link setup at da rear..

its make me crazy when i think bout it

Lancer 2.0 GT have a 6-disc in-dash CD changer wif a 6-speaker audio system, steering wheel audio controls, and fully automatic single zone air conditioning on da internior..no cruise control though..da interior is done up in a nice dark grey colour wif geometric check trim panels dat i suspect some enterprising people will be developing carbon fiber replacement panels for these soon n it could possibly look really nice..da feature list is impressive bcz it has a full sporty bodykit complete wif a rear wing that’s not too large in my opinion, and it has got huge 18 inch alloy wheels..one thing I noticed is dat despite 18 inch wheels, fender gap is still very noticeable, so for da best aesthetics most will be looking to lowering the car..

Unlike da LCD n push-button interface 4 automatic air conditioning dat most cars hv, the Lancer’s dash design looks like conventional three-knob manual air conditioning control at first glance but it is in fact automatic..operation of da auto air conditioning looked intuitive 2 me cz it simply push one of the knobs 2 activate automatic climate control for the set temperature..da meter panel consists of 2 large meters (speedo n RPM) flanking a small multi-information display LCD dat lights up wif red lettering..da multi-information display cn show a few screens wif information such as average speed n fuel consumption, engine coolant temperature n odometer, distance until empty n odometer, as well as a maintenance schedule record..
.
The Mitsubishi Lancer 2.0 GT comes wif sporty leather seats which da leather used is Nappa leather dat is a premium leather, none of dat PVC fake leather stuff..according to Wikipedia, Nappa leather is a full-grain leather, typically dyed, made from unsplit kid-, lamb- or sheep-skin, n noted 4 softness and durability..it is often used in high-quality leather products such as high-end furniture n accessories such as wallets n luggage..da front seat is height adjustable, while da rear bench has an arm rest wif 2 cupholders built into it n da whole bench cn b folded down in a 60:40 split in case 4 required more storage capacity..

The Lancer 2.0 GT’s front seats hv sensors built into them bcz dis work hand in hand wif the SRS airbag system, feeding dat airbag deployment logic data on the driver’s seat position n da front passenger’s weight..other than the 2 front SRS airbags,da Lancer 2.0 GT also has anti-lock brakes n electronic brakeforce distribution, however there is no form of electronic stability control..

The rear boot has 400 litres of storage capacity, n while I could not find any handle 2 open da boot from da rear, there is a boot lid release button on da remote control dat can b press when needed access 2 da boot w/out having 2 pull da boot release lever from inside da car..

The Mitsubishi Lancer 2.0 GT is only available in 4 colours where Cool Silver Metallic, Medium Purplish Gray Mica, Red Metallic, and Black Mira..da Lancer comes with a 5-year or 100,000km warranty, wif free  maintenance 4 dat first 3 years or 50,000km...in last year 2011, its price is RM 122,546 wif an installment RM1,160 monthly.

SmiLe

Smiling is a great way to make yourself stand out while helping your body to function better. Smile to improve your health, your stress level, and your attractiveness.

Here I provide for u all TOP 10 REASONS TO SMILE :

1. Smiling Makes Us Attractive
We are drawn to people who smile. There is an attraction factor. We want to know a smiling person and figure out what is so good. Frowns, scowls and grimaces all push people away -- but a smile draws them in (avoid these smile aging habits to keep your smile looking great)

2. Smiling Changes Our Mood
Next time you are feeling down, try putting on a smile. There's a good chance you mood will change for the better. Smiling can trick the body into helping you change your mood.

3. Smiling Is Contagious
When someone is smiling they lighten up the room, change the moods of others, and make things happier. A smiling person brings happiness with them. Smile lots and you will draw people to you.

4. Smiling Relieves Stress
Stress can really show up in our faces. Smiling helps to prevent us from looking tired, worn down, and overwhelmed. When you are stressed, take time to put on a smile. The stress should be reduced and you'll be better able to take action.

5. Smiling Boosts Your Immune System
Smiling helps the immune system to work better. When you smile, immune function improves possibly because you are more relaxed. Prevent the flu and colds by smiling.

6. Smiling Lowers Your Blood Pressure
When you smile, there is a measurable reduction in your blood pressure. Give it a try if you have a blood pressure monitor at home. Sit for a few minutes, take a reading. Then smile for a minute and take another reading while still smiling. Do you notice a difference?

7. Smiling Releases Endorphins, Natural Pain Killers and Serotonin
Studies have shown that smiling releases endorphins, natural pain killers, and serotonin. Together these three make us feel good. Smiling is a natural drug.

8. Smiling Lifts the Face and Makes You Look Younger
The muscles we use to smile lift the face, making a person appear younger. Don't go for a face lift, just try smiling your way through the day -- you'll look younger and feel better.

9. Smiling Makes You Seem Successful
Smiling people appear more confident, are more likely to be promoted, and more likely to be approached. Put on a smile at meetings and appointments and people will react to you differently.

10. Smiling Helps You Stay Positive
Try this test: Smile. Now try to think of something negative without losing the smile. It's hard. When we smile our body is sending the rest of us a message that "Life is Good!" Stay away from depression, stress and worry by smiling.

Keep in Smile

Green Day

"Boulevard Of Broken Dreams"

I walk a lonely road
The only one that I have ever known
Don't know where it goes
But it's home to me and I walk alone

I walk this empty street
On the Boulevard of Broken Dreams
When the city sleeps
And I'm the only one and I walk alone

I walk alone
I walk alone
I walk alone
I walk a...

My shadow's the only one that walks beside me
My shallow heart's the only thing that's beating
Sometimes I wish someone out there will find me
'til then I walk alone

Ah-ah, ah-ah, ah-ah, aaah-ah,
Ah-ah, ah-ah, ah-ah

I'm walking down the line
That divides me somewhere in my mind
On the border line
Of the edge and where I walk alone

Read between the lines
What's fucked up when everything's alright
Check my vital signs
To know I'm still alive and I walk alone

I walk alone
I walk alone
I walk alone
I walk a...

My shadow's the only one that walks beside me
My shallow heart's the only thing that's beating
Sometimes I wish someone out there will find me
'til then I walk alone

Ah-ah, ah-ah, ah-ah, aaah-ah
Ah-ah, ah-ah

I walk alone
I walk a...

I walk this empty street
On the Boulevard of Broken Dreams
When the city sleeps
And I'm the only one and I walk a...

My shadow's the only one that walks beside me
My shallow heart's the only thing that's beating
Sometimes I wish someone out there will find me
'til then I walk alone...

Mancherster City FC

Actually, one factor reason why I chose Manchester City as the favourite football team because the number of Muslim players in this team is more than most football teams, this made me interested, among them Samir Nasri (19) (France), Edin Dzeko (10) (Bosnian), Kolo (Habib) Toure (28) &Yaya Toure (42) (Ivory Coast).

Edin Dzeko
In addition the group also owned by the 104 richest people in the world, a sheikh from Abu Dhabi, Sheikh Mansour Bin Zayed of al-Nahyan, who is also the fifth son of the former Amir of Abu Dhabi Zayed Bin Sultan Al-Nahyan, said to be of £ 650millions was spent on the Manchester City.

While the team manager is Khaldoon Al Mubarak also, if to be compared with groups of other European soccer players are mainly composed of non-Muslims while the ownersand shareholders of non-Muslim groups, it is better to support something that is ownedby Muslims against non-Muslims .

And as a Muslim is a Muslim needs to support one another based on the Word of God in Surah Al-Hujurat Verse 10: "Whoever believes the brothers'

Samir Nasri
Moreover, the behaviour character of Muslim players in this team is not shy about showing their religion as Samir Nasri who do read prayers before the start of the match, Toure brothers are said to be among the football players who know how to remember read the Qur'an other than nature generous people who often spend part of their income to the poor in the IvoryCoast.

Finally, let us as a nation to restore feeling and the feeling that once owned by a friend one time, a sense of Bhatia to Islam so that they can fight beat the Persians and the Romans even witha small number of soldiers and deprived.

*Wallahu'alam.

15 Best Tips Diet

Best Diet Tip No. 1: Drink plenty of water or other calorie-free beverages.
People sometimes confuse thirst with hunger. So you can end up eating extra calories when an ice-cold glass of water is really what you need.

"If you don't like plain water, try adding citrus or a splash of juice, or brew infused teas like mango or peach, which have lots of flavor but no calories," says Cynthia Sass, RD, a spokeswoman for the American Dietetic Association.

Best Diet Tip No. 2: Think about what you can add to your diet, not what you should take away.
Start by focusing on getting the recommended 5-9 servings of fruits and vegetables each day.

"It sounds like a lot, but it is well worth it, because at the same time you are meeting your fiber goals and feeling more satisfied from the volume of food," says chef Laura Pansiero, RD.

You're also less likely to overeat because fruits and vegetables displace fat in the diet. And that's not to mention the health benefits of fruits and vegetables. More than 200 studies have documented the disease-preventing qualities of phytochemicals found in produce, says Pansiero.

Her suggestion for getting more: Work vegetables into meals instead of just serving them as sides on a plate.

"I love to take seasonal vegetables and make stir-fries, frittatas, risotto, pilafs, soups, or layer on sandwiches," Pansiero says. "It is so easy to buy a variety of vegetables and incorporate them into dishes."

Best Diet Tip No. 3: Consider whether you're really hungry.
Whenever you feel like eating, look for physical signs of hunger, suggests Michelle May, MD, author of Am I Hungry?

"Hunger is your body's way of telling you that you need fuel, so when a craving doesn't come from hunger, eating will never satisfy it," she says.

When you're done eating, you should feel better -- not stuffed, bloated, or tired.

"Your stomach is only the size of your fist, so it takes just a handful of food to fill it comfortably," says May.

Keeping your portions reasonable will help you get more in touch with your feelings of hunger and fullness.

Best Diet Tip No. 4: Be choosy about nighttime snacks.
Mindless eating occurs most frequently after dinner, when you finally sit down and relax.

"Sitting down with a bag of chips or cookies in front of the television is an example of eating amnesia, where you mindlessly eat without being hungry, but out of habit," says American Dietetic Association spokesperson Malena Perdomo, RD.

Either close down the kitchen after a certain hour, or allow yourself a low-calorie snack, like a 100-calorie pack of cookies or a half-cup scoop of low-fat ice cream. Once you find that you're usually satisfied with the low-cal snack, try a cup of zero-calorie tea, suggests Perdomo.

Best Diet Tip No. 5: Enjoy your favorite foods.
"I think putting your favorite foods off limits leads to weight gain because it triggers 'rebound' overeating," says Sass.

Instead of cutting out your favorite foods altogether, be a slim shopper. Buy one fresh bakery cookie instead of a box, or a small portion of candy from the bulk bins instead of a whole bag.

"You can enjoy your favorite foods, but you must do so in moderation," says Sass.

Best Diet Tip No. 6: Enjoy your treats away from home.
When you need a treat, Ellie Krieger, RD, host of Food Network's Healthy Appetite, suggests taking a walk to your local ice cream parlor or planning a family outing.

"By making it into an adventure, you don't have to worry about the temptation of having treats in the house, and it is a fun and pleasurable way to make it work when you are trying to lose weight," says Krieger.

And for those times you just can't get out? Krieger stocks her kitchen with fresh fruit, which she thinks can be every bit as delicious as any other dessert.

Best Diet Tip No. 7: Eat several mini-meals during the day.
If you eat fewer calories than you burn, you will lose weight. But when you're hungry all the time, eating fewer calories can be challenging.

"Studies show people who eat 4-5 meals or snacks per day are better able to control their appetite and weight," says obesity researcher Rebecca Reeves, DrPH, RD.

She recommends dividing your daily calories into smaller meals or snacks and enjoying as many of them as you can early in the day -- dinner should be the last time you eat.

Best Diet Tip No. 8: Eat protein at every meal.
Protein is more satisfying than carbohydrates or fats, and thus may be the new secret weapon in weight control.

" Diets higher in protein [and] moderate in carbs, along with a lifestyle of regular exercise, have an excellent potential to help weight loss," says University of Illinois protein researcher Donald Layman, PhD.

Getting enough protein helps preserve muscle mass and encourages fat burning while keeping you feeling full. So be sure to include healthy protein sources, like yogurt, cheese, nuts, or beans, at meals and snacks.

Best Diet Tip No. 9: Spice it up.
Add spices or chiles to your food for a flavor boost that can help you feel satisfied.

"Food that is loaded with flavor will stimulate your taste buds and be more satisfying so you won't eat as much," says Perdomo.

When you need something sweet, suck on a red-hot fireball candy for a long-lasting burst of sweetness with just a few calories.

Best Diet Tip No. 10: Stock your kitchen with healthy convenience foods.
Having ready-to-eat snacks and meals-in-minutes staples on hand sets you up for success. You'll be less likely to hit the drive-through or call in a pizza order if you can make a healthy meal in 5 or 10 minutes.

Sass stocks her kitchen with:

94% fat-free microwave popcorn (20-25 calories per cup, and you can make it in two minutes or less)
Frozen vegetables
Bags of pre-washed greens
Canned diced tomatoes
Canned beans
Whole-grain wraps or pitas
Pre-cooked grilled chicken breasts
A few containers of pre-cooked brown rice
Within minutes, she can toss together a healthy medley.

Best Diet Tip No. 11: Order childrens portions at restaurants.
"When you are eating out, order a child's pizza or a small sandwich as an easy way to trim calories and get your portions under control," suggest Perdomo.

Another trick is to use smaller plates. This helps the portions look like more, and if your mind is satisfied, your stomach likely will be, too.

Best Diet Tip No. 12: Eat foods in season.
"If you don't love certain fruits or vegetables, it could be because you ate them out of season when they have little taste or flavor," says Pensiero. "When you eat seasonally, fruits and vegetables are more flavorful, at their best, and I promise you won't be disappointed."

At GiGi's Trattoria, her restaurant in Rhinebeck, N.Y., she serves simple fruit desserts, like naturally sweet strawberries topped with aged balsamic vinegar, or low-fat yogurt or fresh berries in a compote.

Best Diet Tip No. 13: Swap a cup of pasta for a cup of vegetables.
Simply by eating less pasta or bread and more veggies, you could lose a dress or pants size in a year.

"You can save from 100-200 calories if you reduce the portion of starch on your plate and increase the amount of vegetables," says Sass.

Best Diet Tip No. 14: Use non-food alternatives to cope with stress.
Sooner or later, you're going to be faced with a stressful situation. Instead of turning to food for comfort, be prepared with some non-food tactics that work for you.

Sass suggests reading a few chapters in a novel, listening to music, writing in a journal, practicing meditative deep breathing, or looking at a photo album of loved ones.

Best Diet Tip No. 15: Be physically active.
Although it may seem counterintuitive, don't use exercise either to punish yourself for eating or to "earn" the right to eat more.

"When you do, it sets up a negative thought pattern, which is why so many people say they hate to exercise," says May.

Instead, focus on how great you feel, how much better you sleep and how much more energy you have when you exercise. Physical activity is good for you whether you are trying to lose weight or not, so keep it positive and build a lifelong habit.
